Strengthen your shoulders and arms as preparation vor Shirshasana, Yoga Headstand. You need to strengthen your muscles in shoulders and arms to be able to do headstand - in headstand most weight should be on your elbows. In Yoga Vidya we teach that you should be able to do 8-12 times this dolhin exercise before attempting this headstand. And even if you can't do headstand, you can still get lots of benefits by practicing dolphin. More infos on Yoga on
